When I open them in Photoshop, they don't show up! None of the brushes I download do! Dx

That'd be a problem with your computer, then, not with the brushes... Where are you saving them?

It doesn't let me save them at all, only lets me open them with Photoshop, but then it doesn't show up.

When you hit download, you should be given a choice to open them in photoshop or save them to disk. Choose save to disk and save it in the brushes folder of photoshop. You'll have to restart photoshop before they show up.
